Very easy to use, works perfectly with K Cups which I what I wanted it for, dispenses coffee very quickly

Works well. Love that you can move the tray for smaller cups. Only one cup per time for a fill. Didn't realize and coffee everywhere. Lol. All my cups are different sizes 😅😅

I had an old single-cup coffee maker that used K-cups or a reusable pod that you put coffee grounds in. Unfortunately, when I brought it up to my home office, it had ceased working. A new single cup coffee maker by the known brand was cost-prohibitive. I started looking and found this one that takes K-cups or you can put your favorite coffee in a pod provided by Bella. There are several colors available for the coffeemaker and they have other small appliances to coordinate in the various colors. I bought the matte purple. The coffee comes out great. I love that you can move the plate to accommodate a travel mug or a ceramic/plastic mug. If you use a mug, you need to move the plate up. If the mug is on the heavy-side the plate will tilt down a little at the front. I found if you place a K-cup under the front edge of the plate it lifts it to the perfect height so it is level. I am hoping to find something in plastic that is the same height as the K-cup. The coffee tastes great everytime!

I love the larger brewing capacities per single brew. My sister used the other attachment where you could add your own coffee grounds. It worked great. I prefer the pods because of less mess so I used that attachment. I have the Keurig Mini and I bought this for my sister. They each have their own unique pluses so I don’t like one more than the other but this Bella is a good product—and for the price, you can’t beat it.

This product was great for about 6 months, then it turned off in the middle of the brewing process, made very loud noises, spewed water. I contacted the company ant told them what was happening and sent a video. They told me to cut the cord and send them a picture, which I did. They told me they’d refund my money…….that was on March 7, 2025. I’ve contacted the company twice and nothing!! Needless to say I’ll NEVER purchase another Bella product! Extremely disappointing!

Got it for office, made literally hundreds of coffees works perfectly fine.Make sure you put in just the amount of water you need for one cup because it’s not stopping by itself, if you push the button and leave it will drain all the water.
