Very pleased so far with the iPad.

Received the item in a timely manner. There were a few things rattling around in the box. Not the best packaging and there were several lose items in the box I did not know I was receiving.(I was looking around for a packing list to see what the item actually came with. Everything looks ok, however I did receive a pen with no top. I am not sure if this pen was for the tablet (which it does not have the soft rubber top) The pen was also outside the cardboard box that the Ipad came in. It just seemed like a sloppy item. I was hoping to give this to my Daughter for the Holidays, but I will have to check it to make sure it is working properly.

It was like brand new but when I took it to Best Buy to have my data transferred from my old one it was to old to be updated to the new ISO updated
