Never did work. Never got replacement.

I bought this second one, but the transmitter does not work, even when I put in a new battery. Not even worth trying to return it. I wouldn't buy anymore of this type of doorbell at all. I was very disappointed...

I had high hopes for this great sized unit. The button sticks when pushed and keeps ringing. Contacted the company like it states on the box twice and it says do not return and contact us direct. I have sent two messages and still no response. Customer support is lacking and will not contact you back. Other than the button sticking i like the unit. And their is no way to contact seller through amazon.
