The necklace is nice, but after receiving it I realize that it isn't the right style or length for my charm. But I will be ordering another one in the near future.
I purchased the 16" for a pendant from my deceased parents and it's great. Just the right size and the clasp doesn't even turn around (probably because it's 16") but it's really nice.
