The metal is stainless steel is super durable but is is not too heavy to carry around. I made my first batch of mustard honey cilantro sauce for my salmon. The heat performance is completely well done. Cleaning is extraordinary easy due to its stainless steel. Love it so much !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super nice frying pan! very well made and feels durable. It cooks meals quite fast. I did not expect it to be easy to clean since it is not a nonstick pan but it was. It’s also large and tough enough to cook anything on it. The pan is quite hefty so I appreciate the two handles that it has for a good grip.
