The product leaves a surface greasy despite I applied a small quantity. It does not cover imperfections or scratches (only very small once). The surface has a shiny look and the furniture look refreshed, but I do not like the sticky surface of my desk. I would not recommend it on a work/office desk or dining table. I will use it on other furniture that I do not use daily.I bought this item because I prefer products made of natural ingredients, but this time I was disappointed. Maybe it should be made more in a paste form, not a liquid. Use gloves during application.

Furniture oil, I purchased this product to use on antique wood furniture. It worked fine although I would not re-order as it because it has it is comparable to others you can buy at the grocery store
