Purchased the Hanes Originals garment-dyed sweatshirt in 3XL, aiming for an oversized feel for lounging. It turns out, the design is naturally oversized, akin to a large gunny sack, making the extra size unnecessary. For my stocky build—5'9", 233 lbs, with a 49" chest—an XXL would have been a better choice. Despite the sizing oversight, this sweatshirt impresses with its softness and midweight fabric, striking a balance between warmth, breathability, and comfort. It offers generous room around the neck, shoulders, and underarms, enhancing its comfort for relaxed wear.

This is my second purchase of this sweatshirt. The low price is ridiculous. And it's soft, light, simple in all of the best ways. Some don't like the wide neck but, personally, I hate the feel of sweatshirts on my neck, so I love the modest space this gives me. My spouse says it looks great one me, so that's an objective plus (I'm 5'10" and 190# and have the large). Really this is might be the best, basic no-nonsense sweatshirt you want. I'm considering buying two more based on 'Murphy's' law of clothes--if you find something you like and expect to find it later, you won't.

I absolutely love this sweatshirt. It’s oversized and perfect with leggings. I seriously wear this all the time. It’s never shrunk from drying in the dryer, which is perfect because I wash it a lot because I have two little kids and one still spits up on this all the time and it still looks brand new, definitely worth what it cost

Super soft, very versatile. Best sweatshirt I've bought in ages!

I'm 5'4, 120. I absolutely love these sweatshirts! I started with cypress green in a large. Exactly what I wanted. VERY oversized and very long. I bought three more colors in a large to wear with leggings (covers the butt).Sleeves are quite long, but I love the look of rolled-up sleeves. I ALSO bought two colors in a medium. Still oversized but obviously a few inches shorter in length. I wear these with a white t shirt underneath because I prefer the layered look, plus the neck hole is on the big side. These sweatshirts are awesome!

I don’t ask for much in life: a good book to read and a comfy, oversized sweatshirt to wear literally everyday. It needs to be oversized in a cute way, not in an Adam Sandler way. It needs to be light weight enough to wear at least 3 seasons but still warm. It needs to not be to be a triangle shape with a tight bottom band. This is that sweatshirt.I bought at XL in mint and parchment. The parchment shrunk about a size in the dryer (still truly excellent though). The mint didn’t shrink at all.All in all, this is an incredible value and I love it so much more than my XXL comfort colors that I had to cut the waistband for being too tight.

Bought it for my grandson. He wore it quite a bit

I fall between a small and a medium!I am 5 foot seven and weigh 150 pounds. I bought the medium the medium is great to hang around the house and sleep in but it’s a little big on me so I bought a small one too -the small fits a little snug but if I was to go out, that would be the one I would wear Because it fits and looks good on me - a little tight but not noticeable I think it will stretch! There is no way I would wear the medium going out it is too baggy on me but it is very comfy for hanging inside house and sleeping in bed on cold nights! The small one shows my build nice !! So yes if I go out the small one I will wear -!

I bought these to iron on some graphics and they worked so well. The transfers stuck so perfectly and have held up and the quality of these sweaters are great! They are super soft on the inside and true to size!

I bought this sweater because it was on sale for a very good price and it was close enough to the color I wanted in the Comfort Colors sweat shirts. It’s not as thick as CC, but it is very comfortable and has that same “lived in” look. We’ll see if it holds up as well as the CC brand. I’ll try to remember to update after a few months of wash and wear.UPDATE: It didn’t hold up as well. I have only worn and washed it about 4 times and it just feels thin and flimsy and stretched out. The last time I wore it one of children asked me why I was wearing such a big baggy sweater. I won’t buy this brand again.
