I gave these computers to my two grandsons on 11/28, still in the box. One grandson reports today 12/03, that his battery will not hold a charge, and the computer repeatedly shows a system error message. Not what I was hoping for. I'd like to re return it for a replacement, but am unsure how to.
I plugged it in, let it charge. I then turned it on the next day and it doesn't work. The light does come on for a half-second or so, then goes off. I checked YouTube and tried holding the on/off button...still nothing. It's looking like I'll have to send it back. I'm not happy.
