These replaced a pair that were a bit over a year old. They work great and stay charged for a while.

I love how clear sound is. I pick up on background notes and vocals that I have not heard before. I love how compact they are. I love how noise is canceled out, my favorite color of red. It’s hard to believe it’s a refurbished product.

Make sure you go into the phone settings and turn it up. She said they are not loud. But figured out that she had to go into settings on phone and they worked good

These are good quality. The only issue I have with them is the silicone on the buds is a little uncomfortable on my ears so I need to order smaller size for the part that goes in my ear. But as far as the actual ear buds are concerned, the sound is good and the charge lasts a good amount of time before the case needs charging again. They’re nice and compact and easy to pair with my phone for calls.
