Very soft. Not good. Amazon is horrible

Either turns off or volume goes up or down when ear hits pillow.

Opened the box and one ear bud doesn't work. Did troubleshooting with apple and it's broken. It's a 5 days past the 30 day window as I bought these as backup and didn't need them until I did and now I have to get them repaired under warranty. I will never purchase another beats product.

Didn’t get to try these as they were missing from the box. Only cane with charger and plastic ear bud covers but no buds. Started a return and this item and reordering hopefully item will be in an unopened box this time.

Sound, ear fit, call quality. They suck

One ear bud will not work at all. Tried turning off draining battery and the one touch button. Junk.

Left ear piece not working, tried all resets still not working. Returned to Amazon fresh store in Fullerton and it’s still there and hasn’t been processed yet.Also trying to change payment card for return and cannot.

This product has very little range to the phone. So you have to stay close. For ohine calls, people say my voice breaks. I am using it as just earphones to hear music (close to my cell 🙍‍♀️) but they are not very ergonomic, they don’t compare to AirPods. I saved money buying these instead of AirPods and now I’ll be spending more to buy new airpods.

I know the brand speaks for itself, and they sync easily with apple. The sound was great, the noise isolation didn’t work for me because the wouldn’t stay in my ears. That’s the whole problem for me; They kept falling out. No matter the size. I couldn’t risk loosing them so I had to return them and replace with the other beats that has an ear part that wrap around( don’t know the name). If you don’t have a problem with them staying in your ears, they’ll be perfect. Also there isn’t any wireless charging which isn’t that big of a deal.

I tried and follow all the steps, however this didn't work, someone else had this issue?
