I will never buy this again, issue on signal and sound cut off every 5 seconds... it looks to be an issue with all these devices is not my laptop, is not my phone its because the earbuds have problems with their techonology it's a shame I can't send it back..... I will go back to JBLterrible purchase!!!!

After the first week my left earbud started crackling and stopped working

One bud did not work, despit trying everything it could not connect.

I’ve had them for a whole year thinking If I try them every few months they would get better and they never do. They don’t stay in my ear and they fall out when i run

Received the item only to find there was only one earbud in case was put on hold for several minutes had a lot going on and couldn’t hold but still waiting for response on this item.

Used product for 8 months. About 6 months in the left bud started making a screeching noise at times when listening to music. Mostly use them for podcasts and talk radio so I was able to push through that issue. Now the case will not charge at all making the buds useless and none of the apple support suggestions work to fix the issue.

Easily the worst earbuds I have ever had the batteries hardly last and the connection sometimes drops I wouldn’t buy anything from this company based on this unit it really is awful

I guess I expected when buying a used like new pair they would be cleaned. Wrong. Absolutely disgusting I want to puke. Earwax and idk what else on them so dang gross.

Purchased this hoping it would work since I need a noise cancelling earbuds. But this doesnt work at all even after changing the settings very misleading and falsw advertisement

When using for a phone call people on the other end complain of water rushing sounds and can not hear me.
