I just received this and I realize it is an open box item, BUT when the description says minimal use and most have never even been plugged in, I thought, ok, it’s a demo. Not this one, it’s been used, a lot. The one I got is so dirty, it’s just nasty. It has what appears to be grease caked up in the lid where I can’t even get to, to clean. The outside is so sticky, it’s disgusting. I just can’t believe anyone would try to resell something like this. I’d be embarrassed to even sell this in a garage sale. I will probably just donate this to Goodwill. Lesson learned. Wish I could of not given it any stars.

heavier than I thought but I was able to get rid off 3 other appliances on my counter .so this one can stay . Have tried baking, airfrying, and slowcooking in it so far and all work great

Only have had it a week... But have used it a dozen different ways. It is very easy to set up . I did purchase the extended FOUR SQUARE warranty just to be safe. I am only using non metal utensil so not to scratch .

Amazing Grill and Air fryer! Just Amazing for me! I can call it multi cooker more then just fryer, because you can cook anything but pressure. I have it 3 days, I already used roast option 2 times, rice 2 times - for rice and for mac and cheese. Roasting is so good! All vegetables cone out better then in a French restaurant, ciabatta had so perfect crust! Actually my long term dream was InstantPot, and I got it for my birthday 2 weeks ago. I thought I need a pressure cooker and also bough a air fryer lid, but I was so wrong. It is not my story when I don't have an option to open the lid in the process of cooking and mix, or add something, or change the settings. I am not so patient to wait to release steam. So this grill is perfect! But my only question for manufactures - I need a couple more extra inner pots and glass lids. Please!
