My husband now owns 3 pairs of these 511 Levi's in 3 different colors and we are thrilled to say that the fit is consistent between the 3 pairs. So frustrating when that is not the case! These jeans offer a flattering and stylish fit for a 50 year old man who doesn't want to dress like a 20 year old, but wants to look current. They're fitted but not at all tight; very flattering. We recommend them!

The 511 men's slim have a great "fit" on the entire leg, compared to the 505's I used to wear. But there is one thing to be mindful of: With Levis 505's (or any other jeans), I normally wear a 32L by 32W, so I'm usually a 32 x 32, but for some reason, the 511 jeans run 1 size smaller on the waist than the others. So, with the 511's I have to get 33w x 32L. I can wear 32 x 32 with 511's, but the waist is a wee bit snug. So I bought a pair going one size up on the waist, & they fit perfectly. So, whoever gets these 511's, be sure to go 1 size up when it comes to the waist size (not length).
