This vacuum is so loud and does not vacuum simple things and loses its charge very very fast. It is ear piercing and you’re better off with a broom quite honestly.

My wife and I have tried everything to get the top off. Gently (as described), moderately and then forcefully. I tried tilting the top and then it "snapped" off and I thought I broke it. It would then screw on partially but never to locking point where it should go. If the top would work the way it should, it would be great tool!

After only 3 months it completely stopped working. We cleaned it all out, charged it etc and when we turn the power on it only stays on for 3 seconds then shuts off. Not worth the money for it to last 3 months.

suction on this product is very poor and very frustratingly the battery dies after short use and charging takes forever. I threw mine out in frustration. Don't bother buying it, its a waste of $$$

I was excited to get this vacuum for small jobs around the house including the blinds. Truth the suction is so bad it doesn’t even get the dust off blinds or anything in the car or around the house. The battery takes all Day to charge and lasts like 10 minutes; if that. Just very disappointed.

The dirt devil worked well and was emptied after every use. . However, it became clogged within the motor and was unable to be opened and taken apart to clean out the filter.It was charged well and continued to turn on but had no suction to pick up anything. There is one tiny Phillips head screw and it had nothing to do with opening the whole thing to reach the inside problem. It is sealed shut.I need a hand held device to pick up dust. Any other recommendations? I have only owned my Dirt Devil for 1.5 years.

I bought this product at an Ace Hardware not on Amazon but I bought it for the attachment and to quickly get cat hair off of the couch everyday. The brush attachment barely works. It turns on for about 20 seconds and then turns off because it's an electrical attachment and not run by the vacuum pressure. Even at full charge and clean filters it doesn't work. The sole reason I bought it was for this and it doesn't do what I needed to do. If you're looking for a vacuum to pick up crumbs maybe I would get this but even then why get it if the attachments don't work. I do not recommend.

Used in 3 times and it won't turn on anymore at all. DO NOT BUY

Brand new - Doesn't work except 2 x used. Manufacturer won't honor replacement. Amazon made good on the sale though.

Seriously, how hard is it to make a minivac with suction? We have been through multiple brands and they either don't have good suction, can't keep a charge, or the "non-replacable" batteries go bad & the machine becomes useless. Tough time for quality in the US.
