This product worked wonderfully for me, and I love how lightweight yet functional it is. Using it is quite self-explanatory and I've been able to use it in a variety of places that a larger vacuum would have more difficulty getting to. I'm glad I picked this up and think it'll serve its purpose well in my home where messes are quite frequent.

For a handheld vacuum, this works REALLY well. The smaller opening in front does give stronger an overall stronger vacuum. It comes with an extension to allow you to clean in tight places, behind furniture, between the car seat and the kick panel, etc. But where this really shines is the brush attachment....This is great for furniture. I decided to do a torture test and vac the basement couch where my teenage son sits while playing video games. It picked up a wide variety dorito and goldfish pieces, along with the dog hair and some dust.

Pet hair is no match for this Dirt Devil, but the power is short lived because the rotor brush attachment saps the battery life quickly. But this will be great for small areas like sofas and chairs. Also, the suction power is just OK, nothing mighty. The best part of this machine is the pet hair attachment...it's just too bad the battery life is not stronger.

This little vacuum comes with 2 attachments; a thin edge tool and a powered beater bar. It took a few hours to charge up and was ready to go. It has 3 LED lights to indicate low, medium and high battery charge levels. The beater bar does plug in to the handheld base and spins with a good amount of power. We used on our couch, on the steps and in our car. It did a very good job removing most of the pet hair from those areas. Some hair gets weaved in to fabric and is more stubborn but can eventually come out with this vacuum. You can apply too much pressure to the beater bar and cause it to stop spinning. I found that I had to unplug that attachment and reinstall it in order to get it to spin again. The edging tool or longer crevice nozzle does a good job as well getting into corners and edges, especially on the steps.Assembly and disassembly is easy. The attachments just slide on and off but are snug so they won't just fall off. To empty it, just push the red tab and slide off the collection section. There is a filter that needs to usually be wiped off to remove the hair. Finally, the beater bar will need hair removed too which isn't as easy but if you do it frequently, it shouldn't take more than a minute or two to pull it out/unroll if.So far, we're pleased with this vacuum. It is compact, powerful and has removed hair where our other vacuum either failed or couldn't get to.

Not to be mistaken for one of the old dustbusters, this Dirt Devil has much more suction power. The MOTORIZED brush head is very effective at getting up dog hair, even short hair from my MinPin. Crumbs on the couch are no match, or those small messes where it's not enough to pull out the full size.The filter is washable, which is a big plus. Contrary to some comments, the filter is also being made available to order separately. When I couldn't find it online, I contacted DD customer service prior to purchase. This particular filter (AD40301) is on temporary backorder, but will be resolved soon.Wife used it several times, still fully charged. Well designed machine, lots of uses around the house and car, easy to store in tight spaces like a camper.Great for practical gifting.

This does not have the suction of a full sized vacuum, but if you want something to pick up small spaces and messes this is a good choice. I used it in the car, without the crevice attachment and it did a good job picking up mess on the side of my seat. I used it on my rubber mats, and again picked up most of the big pieces. Then I used it on a rug designed to grab stuff off of dog feet and it sucked it all up. I followed up using it on my dog ramp and it picked up a lot of dog hair that was not even visible to the eye. It is much stronger and better than the old fashioned dust busters.

The media could not be loaded. The brand name already let me know that this would work better than the others that I’ve tried, specifically for my 17 stairs! 😩 It’s not easy vacuuming stairs with large vacuums & attachments and the cheaper stick vacuums don’t really have the proper suction, so I went back to sweeping them.This vacuum however is very lightweight, making it ideal to vacuum your stairs.IT’S CORDLESS/CHARGEABLE!
