I purchased the Pure Relief XXL heating pad back in October 2020 and used it on a regular basis. The auto-shutoff after 2 hours is a great feature and the fact that they have a 5 year warranty is outstanding. I started to get the "F" code on the control and sent an e-mail to customer service. They responded within 24 hours.
