I love that this mat is 5mm which is on the thicker side. It gives me support on my tailbone when I am doing ab workouts. The quality is amazing, like lululemon. The material feels smooth to the touch but not slippery. It stays in place on my wood floor and my carpet, and doesn’t roll or bunch. It’s awesome!

This is exactly what I needed for my workouts. Exercise in the gym at my workplace a lot and I had been laying on the floor for some of my exercises. I needed something like a yoga mat but with a little more oomph to it. This fits the bill. It’s thick and sturdy and works very well.

I am a yoga teacher and love bringing new mats to my classes. This natural rubber mat was not smelly like some rubber products, and clients love the line made into it that helps with position alignment . It also is not flimsy but nice and padded.

This is the nicest yoga mat I've owned. It is thick, actually quite heavy for a mat, and has a grippy smooth side so it won't slide. I've only used this on carpet since that's where I work out, but it didn't move when I was doing my workout, including ab work outs that usually cause my current mat to bunch up. The only things lacking are a bag to carry it around in (although it fits in my old yoga mat bag) and a color other than black! Otherwise, I think this mat will last me for a long time and doesn't seem to be as tempting to claw at, according to my cats.

This is a really thick yoga mat that feels like the Lululemon or Athleta brand rubber mats. It has a textured bottom to grip the floor. I tried on both hardwood and carpet and it is secure on both. Perfect size for yoga/hot yoga or pilates and has a cushion feeling if you are on wood floor. Highly recommend this mat. Quality material for a great price point. My only critique is that I don’t love the “all in motion” branding right in the center of all of it. It would be cleaner looking with just a logo for simplicity.

I've been looking at yoga mats for some time and am so happy with this one! The size is just right and my favorite feature is the wonderful cushioned material. It's also comfortable even on the hardest floors. I also appreciate that I stay put and don't slip around on the non slip design. This is so important to me. I've just started my yoga journey and this is just right for me. I also use it for my daily stretches. It rolls up easily for storage when not in use. And it easily wipes clean between uses. I'm so happy to have discovered this gem and highly recommend!
