Cheap and already falling apart

Very poorly made. Furniture peices don't line up properly. Only decent thing was the price. You definitely get what you pay for!

Not the quality that I expected

Extremely small, save your money pay the extra money and go to a regular store to see product before purchasing. Wanted to send back told me I would have to pay a fee. Just disappointed in all, quality cheap!!

This was a very big disappointment. It's extremely small, and not well made. It arrived in big box that made it look like it had gone to war. Very cheaply made and - again - weirdly small. The chairs are small. The table is small. The bench is small.

Threw the chairs away. I only kept the table. Chairs were for very small people (it was made in China). My family is not large, but there was no way it would have been comfortable for us. Furniture was bent when it arrived, and none of the holes for assembly matched up. Letters identifying the pieces were missing on most of the furniture. This was a terrible experience.

Poor quality

I have now spent over one hour trying to makd theback of the love seat line up with the bolt holes. The space between the end of the rear portion of the loveseat is approximately two inches from lining up with the prpper bolt hole. I have pictures to send to you showing this gap.

Ordered and received and I couldn’t put it all together due to how badly they were built. When I contacted customer service they actually told me to try to unscrew the screws and rescrew them back in! I cannot believe how bad the customer service was, and how terrible the quality was. All I asked was to not be contacted by this company again, and here I am STILL receiving at least two unwanted emails every single day!!! It makes me sick to think this is what customer service has come to

We purchased this and were mislead by the pricing and description. Saying it retails for $899+ is insane. I’m frustrated I spent over $400 for it. Totally not worth it! Difficult to line pieces up when assembling to get straight angles as holes are pre-drilled and not correct to make it neat. Also, not sturdy - it is very lightweight and cheaply made. Would not recommend at all!
