Never again will I order furniture like this online. The set arrived defective without a screw hole in one of the chairs. After several trips to home depot I finally got the defective chair assembled. While assembling the couch I cut my hand with a sharp metal object sticking out from under this piece. Finally assembled, but couldn't sit down comfortably on this small couch without the pole pressing against my back.

Somehow, this arrived unscathed though the box looked like it was kicked around in a mound of dirt before being stomped on and lit on fire before it arrived. Assembly was frustrating. One chair leg is two inches shorter than it should be. I’d send it back but that option is pointless as the box it arrived in was falling apart to begin with and it’s too much of a hassle. Other buyers have all mentioned similar issues. It will do, I guess.

I purchased a patio set that included two chairs, a bench, and a table. And have to say, I am very dissatisfied. First off after opening the box, hardware came falling out. After removing all pieces, we found there was no bag or vacuum sealed packet that the screws belonged in. Just thrown in from what we gathered. After counting, finding, and sorting the hardware, we came out missing 13 washers and 20 screws. Out of the original hardware, the washers are too small and the screws pull thru the hole while tightening. The screw cap covers are not listed in the manual, but are required for proper installation. When we were removing pieces of the product from the plastic, there was broken pieces of the plastic wicker material hanging on to the product, as well as pieces that had fallen off and still in plastic bag. There are staples that had come off of the product, all in packaging and stuck all over the wicker material also. The table and the glass for it do not fit together. The glass is way too small for the table and the suction cups it came with. The quality of all material is less than par, and not adaquate by any means. I am 100% unsatisfied. Returning is not an option. The box is torn open from trying to find missing hardware. The pieces have been semi put together with hardware we had to provide. I can take it to the landfill, or donate it. I just need to know the compensation for our time and money that has been completely lost and wasted.

I am surprised by all of the positive reviews of this set. Quality is terrible, wicker is unraveling in many places right out of the box and assembly is impossible since multiple holes are impossible to align to put together, and one hole was not drilled at all. Could only assemble 2 of the three chairs, waiting for a replacement part for the third, and could not get every screw into anything but the coffee table. I was mechanically sound enough to build the deck they are supposed to go on, but not to put together this furniture. On a separate note, the furniture is tiny, only slightly bigger than kids tea party size.

Alssembly was a complete nightmare and it wasn't due to user error. I wouldn't recommend this set. I wish I would have spent a little more money and ordered one of more quality bc you definitely get what you pay for. All the screw holes were misaligned. (Seriously, Almost every single one.) We ended up making our own holes and at this point, I felt like we would have been better off chopping down a tree and building our own furniture from complete scratch. After hours of working on it, it still doesn't look right. Everything wobbles. Rattan hanging off on all pieces of furniture. Once we did (roughly) get the chairs together, they aren't very comfortable. I'm a petite person and I felt I didn't have enough back support. Cushions are super thin. Along with the terrible Assembly experience, The table went together just fine but it gapes on both sides. It looks awkward. I wouldn't recommend this set. I wish I would have spent a little more money and ordered one of more quality. It would have saved me a lot of time and unnecessary stress.

I purchased this set in May 2023 and was only able to fully assemble 2 pieces (1 chair and 1 coffee table). The welded internal nuts do not receive the bolts as they are at incorrect angles. 3 chairs and 1 loveseat have issues with at least 2 bolts that will not screw in, and I didn't attempt the 2 other pieces. Tanga has not provided a refund or resolution at this point. I am disputing through my credit card.

We received a 4 piece set not 8 and not impressed with the quality. I want to return this piece of junk

Finally tried to put together. Furniture very small and most won't go together and damaged. Very disappointed.
