I can't imagine life without a mini oven. I am a retired chef and highly recommend having one. I would get a larger model if I had more space on my countertop.
Great little oven. Recently visited relatives and they had one. Once I got home I ordered one for our house. Easy to use and cooks evenly.
I like the mini smart oven because it does not take much space, it’s user-friendly and the design is really pretty.
We bought ours in July of 2019. We wanted something we could tuck in the corner. Wished we could get convection at the time but the size was the number one priority (aside from wanting a Breville, that is), so this model won out. Two years later, never mind convection after all. This little oven heats perfectly evenly without convection. We also wanted a light. I use a stubbly little flashlight that happens to sit near the oven anyway, and actually, I rarely use that anyway. We primarily use our Breville to reheat single or double servings of leftovers (tastes much better than microwaving), and we cook small pizzas frequently. We have occasionally used this oven to bake small meals and pastries too. We're pleased with its performance all around. We'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
