These don't even burn for 5 minutes. Wouldn't light a homefire log. Left soot residue all over the place. Why make a product in individual packets if it's recommended to use more than 1? What a waste of money

I bought this to go camping last week, based on the description I thought this was gonna be a game changer. The 30 year shelf life, the 10 minute burn time and the described high heat.…A small stack of Dorito chips would have had the same result as using two of these. Oh, I had to double and triple stack at once to get any decent result for starting a fire. And their “10 minute” burn time, I want to know what unit of measurement they used for their time because 10 minutes was more like 6-8…

Easy to light but, could NOT light a simple 2x4. I used all 12 and could NOT get it to light one 2x4. Crazy…

Won’t get your fire started! Waste of money. They catch fire quickly but not enough flame for long enough to catch kindling on fire!

Not even a little bit impressed!!! If they put as much thought into the product as they did the packaging I'm sure they would really set something on fire. A long wooden match burns longer and better..!

Used one to light fireplace at home it died out in less then 30 seconds. Glad I didn't have to depend on it in a "Survival Situation " I will stick to more reliable methods
