What can you say. Needed something to make small fire into big fire. They advertise an object that does that. I buy it. However I don't think they are worth over $1 each ($12.59 plus tax for 12 count)

I didn't mind the item. Just some of them burnt out before they got my charcoal hot. It seems like the fresher the pack the better to burn

I ordered a product for my bug out bag, it came in a bag as advertised, haven't tried it yet cause the zombies haven't started walking the earth. When this happens I feel like when I need to make a fire I will be able to and if it doesn't burn at 750 degrees for 10 minutes as advertised then ill just assume the jack holes who made this product died a horrific death at the hands of their colleagues, otherwise ill use my Lucille bat to crush their skulls. Easy to use. Flavor. And or value for money. I just said those cause it requested that in order for you to see my review. Good luck everybody. Hope we meet someday under food circumstances lol.

I have been successful in getting these to light my fireplace, but failed twice with an outdoor fire. They are supposed to burn for up to 10 minutes, but it is more like 1-2 minutes. The directions say to try 2 with a campfire. I tried a single first and it went out quickly without starting and sticks on fire. I then tried 2 with the same result. I had 1 Duraflame fire starter left and used it on the campfire and it started the fire. Won't buy these again.

This product was hit or miss for me. Some of the packets indeed did burn for 10 minutes and when they did these worked fabulously (even in heavy rain). However, some of the packets only burned about 1-2 minutes and were worthless when it wasn't raining. Small and lightweight, so great for backpacking. If each packet was consistent, I would give it a solid 5. For now I'll stick with a more consistent option and keep these as a backup.

Lights fast. Burns hot. Only lasts about 2 minutes; not 10. Took five of them to get the fire pit going with seasoned wood. Disappointing.

It will catch easily but if you don’t have kindling it will not stay lit for very long.

Doesn’t burn very long but long enough to make a fire

Does get the fire lighted though I had to use many packets instead of the one that was advertised

Burns for 5 minutes if your lucky. Took me 3 packets to light one dry log of hickory
