Mine came tethered in a star shape and then says dont cut the white ties. Um ok. Im going to cut the one in the middle and hope i don't ruin them. Update later

Only lasted a year before it started shorting out. Don't use these on any permanent fixtures.

when i opened the box of lights and began my attempt to hang them up the lights were very tangled. the strands that drop down were wrapped up neatly but the cord that connected those pieces were tangled up. once i got them hung up they look very pretty and filled up my blank wall in a beautiful and simple way. i would recommend it. also i did not receive a remote with mine:( very sad about that

These are beautiful, my complaint is that the cord from the ceiling to the ground is only about three feet long so unless you have an outlet at eye level you are going to need to use an extension cord. also there is no way to turn them off without unplugging them, I ended up putting mine on a timer so they would turn on and off at specific times.

You would have to order multiple of these to get the effect in the item image. The strands are spaced further apart than what I had thought they would be, although they are the right length and they work just fine. So 3 stars.

I want to give this product 5 stars but I just can't. I hung these up indoors and have had them for almost a week and I cannot get over the terrible plastic odor these have. I'm not one to have a sensitive nose, but these lights have a very sharp smelling plastic odor. I have been running my air purifier non-stop in addition to lighting scented candles and I can still smell the plastic as soon as I walk in the door. They are really cool looking lights and we're easy to hang. I just cannot get past the smell. Major Bummer.

I love the lights, unfortunately the remote stopped working in the first 30 days and they started flashing and changing on their own a few days ago. I gave them a try today and wont turn on. I checked to see about exchanging and missed the window by 2 days. Debating buying another set, dont know if a fluke or if these need replaced every 45 days. Unless you can afford to take the chance, I'd pass on these.

The lights work well, but the settings are crazy. They will twinkle for a few seconds, then flash several times, or fade in and out for a minute then flash a few times then fade again, etc. None of the settings are a steady repetition, it’s like the options are always on shuffle and it’s distracting. I like them on the “ always on” setting the best by far.

There are lots of choices and it looks very nice outside in my garden. UPDATE: After the second time I used them, one strand doesn't work. I tightened them, but no luck. It's not the same.

I got this light and it was hang up on my wall since i received it, then it decided to stop working one day and that was that!. I can't return it since its pass my return date. It should if stated an expiration date on the light working ability. it was great when it worked. i guess nothing last for ever!
