I am using this iPad for work so it is important to me that it works properly, as advertised, and consistently. So far it meets the mark on all of those. It's size was exactly as I wanted as well. Small enough that it's easy to use but still large enough for plenty of screen space. I would recommend purchasing from this company.

Very pleased with the quality of this refurbished iPad mini. I can't find any blemishes or flaws in the case, screen, or operations.

I do not normally write product reviews, even if I really like a product but I felt the need to in this case! I’ve had my fair share of electronics, refurbished or otherwise. And never have they come with the screen protector. When I opened the box and pulled out the iPad, I thought I was seeing things until I read the notecard in the box. My eyes weren’t deceiving me- the iPad already had a screen protector on it. It saved me from having to buy and install one myself. This alone is worth 5 stars!!
