I’m the cook at an elementary school. I occasionally have to use a huge tilt brazier filled with boiling water to cook bags of food. I was tired of getting my hands burned with short cloth “heat gloves” covered with disposable food prep gloves. So I ordered these. When I first saw these I thought maybe they looked a little roomy. Perhaps a woman with small hands wouldn’t have the dexterity needed with these. But I tried them on and liked the roomy fit. Easy to get on and take off in a hurry. Now I’m a 64 year old grandma with larger than average chubby arthritic hands. However my fingers are shorter than average. I still found these to be easy to wear, not tight at all and flexible enough to make a fist. I love that these gloves ticked all the boxes for me: Waterproof silicone, long enough to cover my forearms, insulated from high temperatures, knobby grippy texture and at a reasonable price. The first time I used them I plucked out boiling hot floating bags of mac n cheese without dropping them or getting burned! I’m more than happy with these gloves. They should be easy enough to clean with a swish in soapy water, rinse and hang by the loops to dry. They come in different colors but these were the cheapest lol. If the seller was to offer a few sizes, these would be a grand slam!

I've been doing a lot of air fryer cooking, and some of my recipes call for manipulating food in different ways and then frying some more. I needed something with fingers and not the classic oven mitt, and I wanted something that would be easy to clean after each use. This totally fits that bill. My only real concern before ordering is that I have small hands, and I was afraid the fit wouldn't be good and that the fingers of the gloves would be too oversized to be able to manipulate cooking implements while wearing them, but they fit great, and I can even wield my cooking chopsticks effectively while wearing them. A+

Bought these for hubby with a big smoker. He loves them and he is super picky. They could be a little bigger for his hand but he’s got big hands. They are very heat resistant and I like that they clean up nice

I bought these for my husband for when he grills, but we don’t have a place to store them outside so they ended up in my hot pad drawer in the kitchen. I use them all the time to take pans out of the oven and have never felt any heat. My husband used them to rotate corn cobs on the grill, then cut the kernels off and had no problem cleaning them up. They’re far superior than my old “Ove Gloves”, I wish I’d bought them sooner. They’re a little bulky, but the silicone outside keeps your skin protected and that’s the important thing, not picking up small items. I have small hands, my husband has large and we both use them. I like them so much that I am going to buy some for my adult kids for Christmas.

You won’t be disappointed! Works fantastic for hot casseroles coming out of the oven, cutting hot bread & meat. Great to use when barbecuing so you don’t burn your hands from the flame or meat.
