These are FAKE do not buy. My doctor tested it against the real one.

Stopped working after a few uses

On off didn't work,cup was already on and didn't want to come off. Modes wouldn't switch from child to adult. Very disappointing.

This product worked one time by batteries. I haven’t been able to use it with batteries ever since. I can only use it with the power cord. Not as portable as advertised

Customer service is non-existent. Returned non-functioning unit and no communication or refund. First and last time I will purchase from this company. I do not recommend the product or the company!

The product doesn’t work , it flashes a green light for a second and goes off ,installed new batteries and tried replacing multiple new batteries, same issue ,i did try with adapter same issue didn’t work, wrote to Tanga for returning the product and requesting a replacement or refund , waiting for their reply.

Cheaply made. Takes forever to do treatment. Medicine does not come out well. Sucks!!! Feel ripped off.
