I was on the fence about ordering something like this for an upcoming beach vacation versus just using a regular cloth blanket that we always spread out for the beach or picnics. This was well worth it. My kids loved that it dried quickly and sand didn't stick to it. I loved that it is much lighter and more portable than a standard blanket. My only complaint is that I wish the attached storage bag was bit bigger. We were at the beach on some windy days and wrestling the equivalent of a huge parachute into a tiny bag in high winds was tough. After our trip, I followed the directions to wash it on gentle and drip it dry and it seems good as new.

I wish we took a picture with it because it is massive! We fit all 6 of us girls on it and then some. It kept us cool and didn’t retain the beach water. If sand did get on it the material would keep or trap the sand on the surface but roll off with ease. We walked a few times on it with sandy wet feet and it was messed up for a few minutes, then dried out and you can sweep the sand right now. It was a great purchase! For this size I would be careful in really windy weather. It was fun trying to not be in anyone sights when we had to wave the sand off to get ready to leave. The pockets on the edges are awesome for scooping the sand and creating it’s own anchor. Watch out when you lift the blanket up (and it’s windy) because that sand dumps out and gets all over yourself and the people around you. Haha Good luck! We loved it. Durable and I saw another one at the beach as well. It’s worth the money.

Please make the product with the bag separate from the blanket!! I just spent more time than I'm willing to admit trying to fold the blanket into the attached pouch. Before finally giving up and stuffing it in. The blanket will no doubt be insanely wrinkly next time we use it. Separate storage PLEASE!!

Haven’t used it yet but looking to go to beach next month. I like the size and color
