It came with a cheap looking silver zipper and not the dark zipper as in the site. Cheapens the look of the jacket. Bummed

This was so cute but smelled horrible. I couldn’t get past the smell or I would be keeping it.

Arms are short. Also, Shrunk in the wash after washing in cold water and set out to dry.

it fit perfectly and it was super comfortable. I tried it on and then washed it, took it out of the washer and the drawstring was broke in half and completely out of the jacket. very disappointed

I ordered this for a Christmas gift the person opened it and it has a hole in it! Can’t even return it now because it’s past return time!!!

Super soft and nice looking with jeans and boots. The stiching came undone the first wash. Was able to make the repair with a needle and thread. It is very warm and cozy though

Loved this at first but during the 2nd time I wore it the elastic snapped in the wrist and now jit is annoying because it won’t stay on my wrist. I bought 2 colors, same problem woth both.

This is the worst piece of clothing I have ever purchased.. bought for my daughter and it broke the first day she wore it.. The elastic in the sleeves broke and the part that cinches at the bottom also broke...

When I received it I found out by the tag that it's DRY CLEAN ONLY. On the website descriptions it says "Garment Care: Hand wash recommended" - That's a lie!! I returned it immediately.

The item had been obviously ripped And sewn back together there there was thick stitching and a discoloration... not happy with this. Why would you think it’s ok to send an obviously defective product?
