I have tried many different devices for snoring and sleep apnea. My issue is my tongue falls back in my throat and obstructs my passageway. This does keep my tongue forward and my throat open. Reasonably priced. Give it a try!

Not what I expected. To stick your tongue in the and keep it on is not comfortable, nor does it feel like it’s going to stay on during the night. I tried but did stay on, tongue felt like it was going to slip out. Not comfortable at all! A waste of money.
