EDIT- The anker team responded to my review within a couple days, offering to send me a replacement, the anker Liberty 2’s, saying they would fit better. Boy oh boy, do they! The earwig present in these babies is incredible, completely and flawlessly resolves all issues I had with these earbuds. Not only that, but despite seemingly being made of identical material, the Liberty 2’s do not irritate my skin in any way. I literally don’t really understand how they do it, but they have once again blown me away with their devotion to their buyer base. Anker for life.I adore Anker, all of my electronic cords, phone accessories, and chargers are ALL Anker. I’m not a fan of apple’s overpriced accessories, so I wanted to shoot for anker’s most stylish and expensive headphones, which are still less than gen 1 airpods.Here’s the problem... the fit. I really can’t say whether the problem is with me and my ears or not, but they just don’t work as advertised. I’ve taken nearly 3 months of daily wear to really give them as much a chance as I could, but I simply am at the end of my rope with this product. Regardless of the ear fitting sizes used, despite some being initially very comfortable, they don’t stay in. It doesn’t matter if i’m sitting still or moving around, they don’t maintain any type of seal for more than a minute.Both the sound quality and the noise cancellation is truly top notch, just as you would expect from anker — WHILE they are seated in the ear correctly. And only then. Despite the excellent quality, I can’t enjoy it, because they just will not stay sealed no matter what I do. This is especially awful when talking, the act of talking forces them out of your ears even quicker from your jaw movement.I could almost deal with the poor fit and constant adjustment, but on top of that, they itch. Even after daily wear for months, the irritation they cause is disturbing. Despite keeping them clean and in wonderful looking condition, the itch is insanely unpleasant and only gets worse the longer they’re in. As far as I know, I don’t have any allergies or vulnerabilities to any materials, but i’ve never had this issue with any other ear buds. It’s not worth wearing them. And this is just for casual wear. Exercise? Forget about it. These would easily be 4 if not 5 stars for sound quality and noise cancellation if they fit. Seriously a shame.Anker will always be my go to, but for 100$, this has been a really unfortunate disappointment. If you happen to be someone who one of the 5 size adjusters fit you just right, you will ADORE these —but they just don’t fit me and the irritation is unbearable. Hopefully I’m just an outlier and most don’t have these issues.

I wanted to upgrade from the $30-40 range of wireless ear buds to the $80-100 range. After reading some reviews and watching some video reviews I selected these ear buds. I have purchased other Anker products in the past and have appreciated their high level of quality. Once I received these ear buds and got them set up with my phone I was really impressed. They were really loud without any distortion. There was a bit of an issue with the right ear bud. If I shook my head a little there would a little static. So if I was sitting in front of my computer all was fine but if I was walking around it got to be annoying. I contacted Anker customer support via email and after working through some steps that had me follow it was determined by them for me to return my ear buds and they would replace them. They got me a shipping label and in a few days I received new ear buds. The new ear buds show no signs of the issue I had with the original ones and have been great. Anker is a company that Iwill purchase from in the futre.

I owned the Anker Life P2s and lost them (I thought - they were in the couch) so I decided to upgrade. It was well worth it. While the Life P2s were good, these just have a lot of little improvements that add up for me. The build quality is clearly better. I like the shape of the charger case better, it fits a lot better in the pocket. The earbuds themselves seem to be a shape more compatible with my ears, they don't start to slide out as much. And the sound quality sounds better in my ears as well. The sound is excellent at this price point. Call quality is very clear on both ends. Normally true wireless earbuds move around and slide out of my ears but the shape of these and the fact that they include many sizes of buds have made it so they stay the best in my ears out of any that I have tried. The only minor concern is that sometimes during pairing the phone doesn't automatically switch media and calls to the earbuds, but that could be a software issue and you just have to select the source manually.

Like the battery life. Pairs easily with iPhone. Sound is really good. I played with the eq but eventually went back to the standard. Highs sound great for rock and metal. Bought some mpow h12 to have some over ears, but they don’t sound close to these air 2s, so I use these most of the time. They do pop out when exercising occasionally. I’ve tried a few tip sizes, but still happens. I recommend anyway.

I've only have these for a couple of days but they are the best headphones I've ever had up to this point. The only thing I can say is that I've never bought a $100 pair of earbuds before they've always been cheaper than that. They synced to my phone phone effortlessly, the sound has actually been really great during calls and listening to music and movies. They are very comfortable, the most comfortable I've ever had. I did have to switch out the cushions because the ones that came with were a bit big for me but once I did they fit beautifully. I had slight distortion during a couple of calls but overall amazing connection and quality. The case that they are stored in is really nice as well, has a matte finish. I will update once I've had these for a bit longer, but I can say I love these as of right now.
