This Bobby Flay skillet is a nice hefty weight and is a great size. This pan reminds my of the old skillets on grandmas stove from when i was young, good memories.

Really excellent quality cast iron pan. It’s large and heavy and has a great ergonomic handle. I cured it with white rice and a small drizzle of olive oil and baked it on high heat for about 30 minutes. It’s nonstick now and I can’t wait to use it for all of my cooking needs.

Omg I am so excited to try this cast iron. I have slowly been switching every over. This size is perfect. It’s a lot lighter than my larger ones so easy to pack for camping.
