Cushions don’t actually look like they do as pictured. Much smaller and has hard lumps. Does not look as high-quality. For the price, you would think that it would have decent cushions. Chairs are nice, but the cushions are poor quality. Not the end of the world.. but good to take note if better quality is what you are looking for.

Installation is difficult. There where no instructions in my package, all of the screws come in one bag and they’re counted exactly. Some holes are mismatched and others will peel your screw making them useless. They’re also very tight so use a drill.I had to wipe everything because it came dirty and there was dust everywhere.The cushions are so bad they remind me of doll house furniture. They’re also a non standard size. If you want to replace them you’ll have to order custom made, spend hours searching for one or make them yourself.Some of the wicker came broken so be careful and don’t be surprised if it peels off in the future. The legs are way more dull than in the picture, and the way they’re attached doesn’t offer real support. This is not a set for heavy people.The table is the only thing worth it. It is really pretty.

Its aesthetically pleasing however its not usable or sturdy. From the first use, my husband’s friend sat in ghe chair and the leg fell off. Everytime it gets a little windy outside, the entire chair flies off the porch. The last time all 3 legs came off. Not a good use of money. I’m having to replace the set already after one year.

disappointed and upset, it stained my brand new patio rug and the stains wont come out, my rug is filthy and now i have to buy a new one

Would not recommend this product at all. The quality is bad and the amount of assembly is extremely time consuming

In the product pictures the back pillow is larger than the back portion of the chair. Look at what they sent as the back pillow. It doesn’t even cover the back of the chair. When I sit on the chair, the pillow compresses even more to only cover my lower back leaving my shoulder area to bump against the chair back. Basically makes these chairs garbage. Uncomfortable to sit on. Extremely disappointed after spending so much time assembling this. If seller makes this right and sends a larger back cushion like in the product pictures so I can actually use these chairs, Then I’d be happy with this purchase.

The set was missing a piece and they sent the wrong piece. Also took forever to put together. Bad purchase.0

First of all I was soooo beyond excited for these because they're simply adorable. Assembly took hours, holes don't align......AND than once I had together I was like wth this is for a adult? They're way small! I'm so disappointed only reason I'm not returning is because they were such a nightmare to put together

50% of the holes do not match up with the parts when you try to put it together. Some are off by almost a inch.I can’t comment on the sturdiness or comfort because we could not put it together. We have put many things together. My husband was so annoyed and frustrated that someone would even send this type of product out to a consumer. Requested a return.**The company reached out to us promptly and issued a full refund. Very impressed with them resolving the issue. 5 star for customer service resolution.**
