When I start feeling a little sickly I start taking these for a few day days and I feel so much better. Good taste. They get a little tough after a while.

I am one of those adults who cannot swallow too many pills anymore, but I do need a multi vitamin, and I can use the extra immunity support. These actually taste really good, so they actually serve as a bit of a treat. For those who have tried other One-A-Day gummies, these are not as flavorful as the regular adult multi gummies, but they are still good. The women's gummies have calcium added and taste awful, in my opinion, and since I am in my 50s I do not need the extra calcium anymore. These are the ones I prefer to take in winter months. Please not that these are NOT gluten free. I add this because I often review gluten free items and some other brands are allergy- and celiac-friendly. These have wheat and tree nuts (coconut).

I have been taking this brand of gummy vits for years, and moved to these Immunity Support variety and have not been sick at all, for years now. Not sure it is the vitamins, however when I had a lapse for 30 days, the wheels came off and I was lagging and just didnt feel great -- and the cure was to begin again and all is well as expected. I am a believer! On a separate note, be mindful about when you are ordering, I have had issues with these vitamins melting together in the bottle, so before opening shake to assure that they are separating themselves - likely a cause of hot warehousing of the product. It has been better in the last year however and they are wrapped/insulated in mylar bubble wrap to avoid direct heat issues. Stay Healthy People! ~M~
