I would puut this cat tree on the flimsier side. It's only been a day but both of my cats have difficulty jumping to the top. The small house is the same size as the top tower so if they jump to the top of the house they have to grab the outside of the top tower and then get their back ends up. I suppose it provides some exercise for them. I've had to put towels, for now, in the top tower because there is no padding and a screw end that slightly sticks up. The designer of this cat tree should have taken these things into consideration. They will do for now, but I don't see getting years of worth out of them. I bought two.
