Two months after buying this, I noticed that files were getting corrupted. I ran h2testw on it and discovered that the storage is defective. It is a piece of junk. If you buy this device, download the free software "h2testw" to test the storage ASAP, so that you return it immediately if it doesn't pass. I wish I had thought to do that at the time.
There is about a 4 minute learning curve to use this device. Must download a free app to use it
