I got mine earlier this year (2024), so it wasn't included in the recall, and I LOVE it so much! It's so convenient to use and clean, and the battery lasts a long time. I use mine to make smoothies with frozen berries and the only time it wouldn't blend because it thought something was stuck in the blades there WAS something stuck in the blade, so not a false positive. I should honestly get sponsored by Blendjet I've raved about this blender so much to everyone I know, but it's just so convenient to use and clean it makes sticking to healthy habits so much easier

LIKES: I like the portability and ease of cleaning. The blending capacity could be a bit bigger. I find I can’t put as many ingredients in the blender as I thought I would. DISLIKE: the blender does not alert you when it’s low on power. Twice now, I’ve loaded my smoothie ingredients and the blender doesn’t power on because it’s run out of battery. A warning would be nice.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong, because I’m trying to figure out how it’s rated so high. The blade keeps getting stuck and I have to shake the blender to help it blend. It’s actually frustrating, I guess maybe if I wasn’t using frozen fruit, but who wants a hot smoothie? Ughhh I had such high expectations.

Horrible for smoothies, doesn’t work.

I absolutely loved this blender. I had been using it for years, when I got the recall notice from target, so I did what I was told: filled out the claim, the company got me to destroy the base and send pictures of it as proof and they promised to sent me the replacement in no time, well… that was more than 6 months ago and still no replacement or even an specific date for when they would send it. Just a few emails full of more promises and lies. I’m convinced at this point they fooled people into destroying the product in the recall to avoid possible lawsuits, but never intended to send the replacement. This is a company with no ethics whatsoever.

The company knew their product was potentially dangerous and did not say anything. They issued a recall over a year ago and people have yet to receive their replacements. Clearly the company does not care about the customer's well being.
