The Donna Chelsea Boots by Cat and Jack are the amazing boots that little girls dream of. My toddler was obsessed with the fact that they are so incredibly sparkly. I bought these boots to go with my 4 year old (size 8T) daughters Rumi (K Pop Demon Hunters) costume. I thought they would give the right vibe. I saw them online, and didn’t realize they were sparkly, but I was happily surprised by it. My daughter, being very girly loves everything girly and she thought they were great for her costume. They also seem to be comfortable for her like other Cat and Jack boots which is great because she will wear them for several dress up events this Halloween season.

These are the toddler girls Donna Chelsea boots in a super cute shiny sparkly black. My child currently wears a 10T, I got these in the 11T. These are a perfect fit, they are roomy so we can wear them with tights and boot socks and still some have room for her foot to grow. This is a stiffer boot so the 2 zippers makes putting them on and taking them off so easy. We did not have any issue with the zippers staying up while wearing and the heart shaped zipper pull on the front zipper is just adorable.

These little black boots are featured in a size 11 which is the size that my child currently fits into. The boots are unique in that the front zippers (silver) on them and side zippers (black) both unzip and zip to allow for ease of getting them on and off. We had no issues with on and off because of this and my child was able to do it all on her own. These are really cute and have good treads on the bottom. I think your little one will like them too!
