Looks like a great idea but did not work well for us. After being in the car for several hours, without many clothes on it, it fell down. The plastic hooks seem to be effected by the heat and sun. They just do not work!

I needed rod because we are moving. I put my work clothes on it only because they are pressed and did not want to wrinkle them all. Well about 5 mins into trop it collapsed. Those plastic end are absolutely useless. Total waste of my money

It’s a great idea but mine broke within a day. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

On my first use of the rod, after about an hour and a half on the road, the plastic hook on one end kept deforming from its'hook shape releasing the rod from the handle it was hooked to allowing the clothes to end up in a piLe and become a wrinkled mess.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!! It came with the piece that helps it hang partially broken. No time to send back and reorder. Rigged it as best we could......fell down within the first 10 minutes of the drive. The side that fell was the unbroken side. Don't bother with this, not worth the money

This rack was packed well but when I removed it from the box I realized it was broken on one side. I needed to use it right away to move my nephew down to college. Ended up having to zip tie one end. If I had more time, I would have sent it back!

Easy to install. Can’t use the metal loops for my car so had to use the plastic ones. Rod keeps falling and now a plastic tip has broken. Wish the plastic ends had a stronger and better way of staying on to prevent from easily bouncing off and breaking. Would not recommend for cars that don’t support using the stronger metal loops.

Tried to use this in a Highlander vehicle traveling across country. Didnt hold up. It collapsed as well as all the clothes. Very disappointed.

This keeps falling down and leaves my clothes in a pile. Unfortunately I have missed my return window. It's not usable.

Biggest piece of junk I ever used. Marketed as a "fits any car, even one without hooks". Put my clothes on it, pulled out of the driveway, made one turn, and the plastic bent and dropped the bar. Very low quality plastic. The bar itself with the rubber coating seems to be of decent build quality, but if it doesn't hang, it doesn't serve a purpose. Returning and not purchasing again.
