Speedy delivery and can’t beat the price.
The toothbrush I received was used. The bristles looked used, the tape that allows it to stick to the wall was fine, it had indents in it and I couldn’t pair it to my account because it said it was already paired to someone’s… I thought this was a fluke and reordered (hoping this doesn’t happen with the second one) but noticed another reviewer had the same issue and now I’m concerned. Serious hygiene concerns that they would ship used toothbrushes. I will say customer service refunded me without issue on the first toothbrush.
Saw good reviews for the site and noticed that the toothbrush said it was "new". When I got it, the original box as well as the tube holding the toothbrush were both opened, so there is no telling if it's been used or not. Mostly agitated that the description didn't just say used or opened or anything, plus now I have to order new heads for the brush.
Totally impressed with this product. It is easy on your gums. My daughter uses it and says that it is her favorite toothbrush ever. It’s quiet and super easy to use. love that it is all one piece. Makes cleaning super easy no clumps or build up and crevices totally would recommend this product to anyone.
The quip tooth brush comes with a portable case , I did not get the charger I have emailed the team to send charger and they are delivering it. The black color is great. It’s ideal for travel. The sound while it brushes is little too loud for me, otherwise a great brush, glides easily does the job. Ideal for travel .
I absolutely love this little guy. Super sleek and chic, it’s easy to carry with me on the go and I love to take this with me on my vacations. I haven’t needed to use any other toothbrush, I feel like I get a good clean every time
