Doesn't sit squarely on top of a round top tube, needs to be cinched VERY tight to "kinda" be on top. My phone doesn't fit in its pouch (Motorola something or other, huge phone) but it does fit in the bag. Nice sides pockets for small items so you don't have to dig amongst the items in the main pocket.
