best non stick on the market
Very good .
This product was completely mis-represented in the TV ad and write up which claims the pans need no oil, are non-stick and food "slides right off". Not true. Food definitely sticks, does NOT slide off. Misleading to advertise as Gotham Steel and stainless steel. I realize now , that Gotham Steel is the manufacturer of this cookware and has nothing to do with what they are made from. Only the handle is stainless steel. The pans are made out of Aluminum which is not healthy to cook with.
