I just got this mattress pad to replace my foam pad which was making me too hot at night. When I first put on this pad it made a lot of noise when I moved around because I also have a mattress protector. I put a fitted sheet between this pad and the mattress protector and it silenced any noise it was making. It is super soft, cooling and comfortable. Exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price too.
Easy to wash and doesn't make weird noises and is cushy under sheets. Not sure if it did any cooling but it was so hot this year who could tell. It did protect my mattress from how much I was sweating. Held up well thru a nasty summer hopefully lasts many more
