Pros: Very easy to put together, feels sturdy for younger toddlers, good quality that you would expect from radio flyer. Cons: Although easy to fold up it is still pretty bulky when collapsed. The slide doesn’t tuck in anywhere and heavy for smaller adult to carry around. Would recommend for families with younger toddlers 18mo-3yr. Nice in-home option to climb on rather than other furniture. :)

It was so easy to assemble. I love how easy it is to fold. Perfect right now for outdoors. I live in New England so warm months are short. So for winter this will be perfect for indoors and takes up little space in our living space or his bedroom. My son is obsessed!

This fold away play house is perfect for our toddler in our tiny apartment. We can fold it up and store it behind the couch if we wanted to, but it takes up so little space that we just have it set up in a corner in the living room.

Such a wonderful joint Xmas gift for my 4 y/o and 19 month old! They haven’t stopped playing on it. Love the sturdiness, quality and the ability for it to fold.

With a small space, I love that this play house folds up so I can rotate toys or take it outside when it’s nice. The landing has become a favorite sitting place for my 14 month old. He can easily climb the ladder and use the slide. It is not huge and my 6 year old can just barely squeeze into it, but it is really for toddlers. Easy to assemble, we had no problems.
