I have been using Legion protein for years with great satisfaction so when I saw the opportunity to try this out for vine I was excited. Flavor isn't something I am looking for when it comes to these types of supps but this one doesn't taste bad at all. I have never responded well to regular creatine yet this one with L-Carnitine really seems to make a difference in recovery and post workout crash.

Bought this for my son as a gift and he loved it. He said he had never tried this post work out before, but it worked great for him.

I've heard creatine can be helpful, so I decided to try it out. Boy, am I glad I did. I have way less fatigue than before, and I've found I can push myself harder during my workouts. I purchased the strawberry lemonade flavor, which I like. Gonna try another flavor once it runs out, so I can't speak to those. But overall, this is helping me reach my fitness goals faster!

Live up to the hype im swole now

This post workout drink is a nice treat to have after a strenuous workout. The flavor reminds me of a less sweet berry slushy but as a straight liquid. It mixes well in a shaker bottle or even fairly easily with a spoon and glass. There isn't any texture with all parts dissolving completely. For gains its hard to really notice with a short trial but I do notice being a bit less sore the next day.

This review is for the Arctic Blast flavor. I’ve been using this as a post workout supplement as suggested by the manufacturer. So far I have not seen much difference with just roughly three weeks of use, will update this review if I do.Onto the flavor the Arctic Blast is sort of mixed berry flavor, hard to pin down exactly more than that. Initially the powder does mix easily but if you leave it sitting for about a day I have noticed it precipitating out, but if drank within an hour or so it’s not an issue.I like that most of what they have written on the packaging can be linked back to some studies. And another big plus (for me) is that there is no added sugar as that would have been an immediate turn off. Any sweetness comes from the Corosolic Acid extract which tastes good.
