I added a couple of these to the trees in my backyard, and they are such a nice touch! Really easy to install and add great ambiance. Recommend!

DISTRESSED!!! (PLS SEE UPDATE AFTER THIS) I just received these lights & hung them but cannot for the life of me figure out how you're supposed to know if they are powered on. There's a button you push that says "on, flash, off " but nowhere do I see which setting it is at... obviously it's a "guessing game" until it works! The first night it didn't work at all ( obviously off). So I started clicking the button but couldn't see anything on screen or anywhere that showed that the setting changed. So on my second set I just clicked it once assuming that it will go from off to on (hopefully not flash). will see what happens tonight. I clicked the first set so many times that it could very well be on the off setting again. Lousy design is all I can say. If I get this figured out I will update; otherwise they are going back!UPDATE..11/16/16... NOW DELIGHTED!! Okay, so I got them figured out and I LOVE them!!... they are so sweet! I do wish it was clear from the beginning which setting they were on, but now that they're working, I'm amazed how well they work. I put one set around my small pergola next to the chicken coop and the other in the actual coop. They are just enough light for the ambiance. I didn't want my chickens to lose sleep from them but they go to roost so early now I can barely see them when I go to say goodnight. How amazed I was when I walked in the other night & the lights were on! Good amount of light without being troublesome to them.... and they stayed lit until morning. That was strange as it had been a relatively cloudy day. The ones in the pergola are just enough light when you're actually sitting in there. So now I have changed my rating to a 5 star. (the on/off design could use improvement but it only takes a day or two to figure them out). I will probably order more come spring if not sooner.
