I've had these lights for a few years and love them! I had ti replace one set due to just wear and tear from being outside. Unfortunately, a little piece was missing, but I received the replacement in a few days! I will always get my lights from this company.

Bought these specifically for a camping trip. I put them up after we'd set up camp and waited impatiently for night to fall to watch them light up. Basically straight out of the box with almost zero sunlight they lit up at sundown! They have several different settings, from twinkling to steady light and everything in between. They lit our camp area very nicely. Bright enough to get around, but dim enough to not bother other campers. I was impressed with the length, it covered all the areas I wanted lit. Used them for two nights... then tragically, a little pesky skunk that kept wandering into camp chomped through the wire near the solar panel! Ugh! No worries, I'll splice it and use it next month for the next camping trip.

I loved these lights. They are practicle, easy to put up anywhere, and surprisingly out out more light than I expected. I installed some in my daughters playhouse and it works out great. Make it feel cozy. My wife and I liked them so much that we ordered some more to install in our front porch and they look grear. Creates a good ambiance. Two of the string of lights didn't seem to be lasting as long however so I contacted the seller. They reaponded very quickly with some suggestions. After trying the suggestions I emailed back saying it didn't really make a difference. They accepted full responsibility and replaced them immediately. The seller was very understanding and apologetic. He offered a refund but we really wanted the lights so thats what we opted for. He sent some by the next day. Awesome!

Update: after about a year of basically just leaving them on constantly in Pittsburgh weather, they're still going. Not as bright or long lasting in the winter, but add a welcoming aspect to the space that my neighbors have appreciated. Definitely impressed with the durability of the lights themselves and the solar power. I love having cute little lights without using any power! So efficient! (You will get less light time/brightness in cloudy/rainy places like PGH).Original review: Very easy to set up, though I had to unwind in order to wrap across my balcony roof. Makes the space a little more welcoming. A small balcony I got 100 LEDs but could easily have 200 for more variety. Easy to use and turn on/off. Don't overwork the wire though, as it could snap (I have similar ones for my bicycle spokes which I have broken before).

They’ve lasted quite a while and are super cute at night. The solar works great and lights up well.

5+ months later and still working great. I used them during a camping trip in September 2016 inside my large tent the first few nights, then outside the tent the remainder of the nights when it did not rain. Very beautiful and decorative. Actually bright enough that we could see one another inside the tent, but dim enough that it did not attract BUGS. It helped my youngest son, who does not like pitch black darkness. I will be ordering another one just to use around my window.-Solar power worked well for me. Had to make sure it was in sunlight more time than expected.- Nice length for wrapping around tents, trees, etc. There are no clips, but the thin wire is very FLEXIBLE!- Lights remained bright for 8 hours, then gradual dimming occurred.- The stake that secures it in the ground wasn't as strong as expected, so I did not use it much. (Note: Desert ground/dirt needs to be softened)

We had a little trouble with one string of these: the copper wire is a little fragile, and you can't just twist broken wire together and have it work. The return was easy, and I'm really happy with the two strings I bought. Nice, soft white light. We ran them along the top of a garden enclosure, and they are magical. These are perfect too for putting inside a jar or bottle because the wire is so thin: in other words, these are more easily stuffed inside than the usual green or white plastic strands. On the other hand, if you want to be able to move them from here to there, like use them in different places, I would get the type that have the plastic coated wire instead. These have no coating, just the copper wire running between the lights. Note that they don't put out a lot of light like a traditional strand of Christmas lights do, but we like the low key ambience of these. Like I said, magical. Just be gentle.

Very pleased with these solar lights. The solar panel seemed big enough to drive these small rice-sized lights on copper wires. The copper wires blend in well with the natural redwood fence that the lights are mounted. The fence faces the street, so blending in was important to me. So in the daytime, you can hardly see that there are lights mounted on the fence. But when night falls, the fence is lit with a very delicate, but visible, warm white light. I have not checked on it in the middle of the night, like before dawn, to see if they are still on. I am pleased they are on whenever I have a chance to look at them; I've seen them on up to 7 hrs after dusk. If this last for months, I will get another one and wrap a tree or bush with it.TIP: think about how you are going to wrap the wire before you unwind the wire. The wires are small and can easily become entangled.

We have a tree in the middle of our yard, and when we have company over at night for a bonfire people tend to not know that the tree is there - so we needed something to illuminate it, because my overly-indulging Scotch-drinking friends don't notice that they've walked from grass onto the landscaping rocks which surround the tree. Scotch will do that to people. Our tree isn't huge, and I didn't intend to cover the entire thing - just the branches along the bottom portion (it is an umbrella-shaped tree) and I am very happy with these lights. They were a snap to install and they appear to be weather-proof, too. They're not blindingly bright, but they are enough to say: 'Hey, there's a tree here, and slow down on the Scotch!'
