How to use:
Stopwatch usage steps:
(1) First, press the T1 or T2 button to switch to the timer you want to use, T1 or T2.
(2) While the timer is paused, press and hold the HR and MIN buttons to reset the time to zero.
(3) Press the START/STOP button once to start the stopwatch timing.
NOTE: The timing unit for periods under one hour can be accurate to hundredths of a second, while after one hour, it is accurate to seconds. The maximum timing duration is 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds.

Countdown usage steps:
(1) Set the countdown time: Press the HR button to adjust the “hour” value, the MIN button to adjust the “minute” value, and the SEC button to adjust the “second” value. (Press and hold any of these buttons to adjust quickly.)
(2) Once the time is set, press the START/STOP button to start the countdown. Press the START/STOP button again to pause or resume the countdown. (During the countdown, the symbol “▼” will blink and the green light will turn on. When the countdown stops, the symbol “▼” will stop blinking.)
(3) When the countdown ends, the countdown end symbol “▲” will appear, and the time will start counting up from zero. At the same time, a one-minute beep will sound, and the red light will blink for one minute.
(4) Press the START/STOP button once to immediately return to the previously set countdown time.

Steps to set memory time:
(1) Hold down the M button until the numbers start flashing while the timer is stopped.
(2) Press the HR button to adjust the “hour” value, the MIN button to adjust the “minute” value, and the SEC button to adjust the “second” value. (Press and hold any of these buttons to adjust quickly.)
(3) Once satisfied with the setting, press the M button to complete the default memory time setting.
NOTE: Pressing both the HR and MIN buttons simultaneously during the time adjustment process will reset the time to zero. To access the memory time, press the M button once while the timer is stopped.
