This product came well packaged. Even the control knobs had foam around them so they didn’t get damaged in the shipping process. The package came with a card you can QR code to sign up for a warranty and a code to download for a list of games, etc. The set up of this device was super easy. It was one step to attach to your phone. Once the phone is attached, it seemed pretty sturdy, did not feel like it was wobbly or would fall off the controller. My only concern was when the phone was attached and I set it on the table to grab something, it was a little top heavy and fell back. So you have to be careful when you set it down on a flat surface so it doesn’t tip over. Once I downloaded some games to play, it was very easy to use the controller while playing. It has multiple buttons that can be used depending on the type of game you are playing. The controller itself is easy to hold and also comfortable to hold. Both myself and my son (who is 8 years old) had no problem with holding it or maneuvering the many different buttons. Overall, I would say this controller is great quality and easy to use. I would highly recommend this controller!

This controller is great and allows you to feel like you are playing on a console! It is very easy to connect and even charges the phone while it is in use. The angle that it holds the phone is great and it has really changed playing games on the phone for me. It is hard to use all the features of games with just the touch screen of a phone. There is no lag and the control is very comfortable to hold while being easy to use!

The Rotor Riot wired game controller is really great to have for people like me who love to play games on their phone. It's pretty simple to connect the phone to the controller and start playing games. The Ludu Mapp app has hundreds of games you can download and play with the controller. It's perfect for anyone who plays games for any length of time on their phones, the gaming buttons are just like a controller that comes with a gaming system, it's great not to have to keep holding my phone.

So far I'm very happy with this controller! It's so much easier to play fortnite on my android as opposed to trying to use the touchscreen. The feel of the buttons allows me to really get into the game and I feel like I have been playing better since using the controller! My only complaint is that the controller is rather bulky and feels like I'm carrying around my Xbox controller. At the end of the day, I'm very happy with this controller and think it would be a great gift for anyone that likes to game on their phone

This is a great controller for playing games on a mobile device (I use a Galaxy S10). The connection via the USB-C cable is solid and steady. The LuduMapp app has a decent selection of games for free or reasonable prices -- I was excited to see the original Sonic the Hedgehog ported! The controller is shaped and sized comparably to an Xbox 360 controller (side-by-side photo with a PC controller for reference), with an expandable bracket at the top to hold your phone. It's not compact enough to take everywhere, but I'd happily stash it in a bag to take with me if I'm waiting around somewhere.

This controller is a blast. I got it on a whim and I could have never guessed how much fun my kids would have with it. There are some games that can only be played on a phone and this controller takes game play to the next level.
