Please let me start off on a very positive note. The three hats I received (to be given as gifts) were of very nice quality. The furry inside should be warm, and the additional knitted ear coverage is a GREAT idea! These will make wonderful gifts, indeed. Don't hesitate to purchase...just be careful when ordering! On December 25, 2023, I ordered three hats WITH the scarves as was summarized on my order AND was what I wanted and thought I had ordered. I received only the hats yesterday evening, Friday, January 5, 2024. I rechecked my order which stated two black and one navy "hat with scarf" in the description, so I then I checked the website. The hat and hat + scarf are the two options on the "type" drop down list. I THOUGHT I had checked the "hat + scarf" option, but evidently, I did not. :-( Here's what I found upon my investigation...when the "hat" option is selected, it will NOT change in the item description above. It is MY fault that I overlooked this webpage glitch. When I looked at my order before paying, I looked at the item description which stated, "hat with scarf" and assumed I made my choices correctly and was good to go. NOPE! So be careful when placing your order. I appreciate the opportunity to leave a comment...thank you.
