Put it all together and got to the last chair… they sent us 2 right arms for the chair! Contacted right away and we’re told it will take at least 8 weeks for us to receive the correct piece. Super disappointed… the summer will be over before I have two chairs.

Difficult to assemble. Bolt holes do not all line up and bolt heads strip out easily. I have to go to hardware store to get new bolts.

Poor quality and looks as such. The pieces came dirty in the box, the cushions had what looked like rust on the wrapping plastic, one cushion has a long stain. The inside of the box looks like a little mouse was scratching it, there was nothing on the outside of the box to cause the inside to look as such. The leveler were not the same and can’t be adjusted to make the legs equal. Save your self the hassle of buying a new set next season and got to home depot, i know i will.

Awful set. I purchased two sets and not a single chair was made properly. The holes did not line up and none of the chairs fit together without a huge gap. One set was also missing the legs. Just awful

This was by far the hardest set I have ever tried to put together. The pieces didn’t line up and the screws were beyond difficult to get in with the webbing. These sit extremely LOW to the ground and are not made for a man to sit in comfortably. I was disappointed and returned.

We purchased this less than a month ago. Put it together and it wasn't used until yesterday - the dang leg fell off when my friend sat down! She's about 120 lbs, so I know she didn't stress the furniture. I tipped it over and looked at the leg and it had broken off. DO NOT BUY. Spend your money somewhere else.
